How do I pay for my Brolley?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and payment systems such as PayPal. We also offer period payments so you can pay for your Brolley in instalments, easy!

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch within 5 working days of receiving your order. From there, delivery times will vary depending on your location, however we aim to have your new Brolley at your delivery address You can expect to receive your order between 1 - 3 weeks.  

Can I return my Brolley if I don't like it?

Yes, we understand that people change their mind. Simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase to notify us you no longer want your Brolley. We will be in contact with a return address to send it to. Once we have received the Brolley, we will issue you with a refund on your purchase, excluding postage. Please note: any return postage will be at the cost of the customer. You can lodge your return here.

Do you do custom designs?

Unfortunately we don't, however, with all the options available, we are confident you'll find a Brolley you'll love from our store.
